REASSIGNMENT POLICY

If a client requests a different engineer after a project has been assigned or work has begun, the following rules apply.

A reassignment fee may apply depending on the service tier selected.

This fee compensates the originally assigned engineer for time spent reviewing files, preparing the project, or beginning work.

• The original engineer will receive partial compensation.
• A replacement engineer will be assigned to complete the project.
• Platform operational fees may apply.

Reassignment requests may be limited to prevent abuse of the system.

Mixa Lab reserves the right to deny reassignment requests that appear excessive or unreasonable.
