REFUND POLICY

Because services provided through Mixa Lab involve custom creative work performed by independent engineers, refunds are limited.

Before Work Begins

A refund request may be considered only if:

  • The project has not yet been assigned to an engineer
  • No work has begun on the project

Administrative processing fees may be deducted.

After Work Has Begun

Once an engineer has started reviewing files, preparing the session, or beginning production:

  • Refunds are no longer available.

Clients may instead request revisions or, when applicable, request engineer reassignment under the reassignment policy.

After Delivery

Once final files are delivered through the platform:

  • The service is considered completed.
  • Payments are final and non-refundable.

Creative preference or stylistic disagreement does not constitute non-delivery.

The revision system exists to address adjustments to the mix or master.

Chargeback Protection

By purchasing services through the platform, users agree to contact Mixa Lab Support before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback after confirmed delivery of files may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Restriction of future platform access
  • Submission of delivery documentation to the payment processor
