MIXA LAB — TERMS OF SERVICE

Mixa Lab provides tools that facilitate:

• Project submission
• Communication between users
• Payment processing
• Delivery of digital files

All engineering services are performed by independent contractors.

Engineers are not employees, partners, or agents of Mixa Lab.

Mixa Lab does not guarantee artistic results, creative style, or commercial success of delivered work.

All services purchased through the Platform are:

• Custom digital creative services
• Produced specifically for the purchasing customer
• Delivered electronically

Because services involve creative labor and digital file delivery, they cannot be returned once work has begun.

By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that audio production is a subjective creative process.

All services require full payment in advance before production begins.

By submitting payment, you authorize Mixa Lab to:

• Assign a qualified engineer
• Begin the production process
• Manage the project workflow

Prices displayed on the Platform may include operational and platform fees.

A project is considered delivered when final audio files are made available for download within the Platform.

Delivery notifications may be sent via email or in-platform alerts.

Users are responsible for downloading and storing their files.

Mixa Lab does not guarantee indefinite storage of completed projects.

Each service tier includes a defined number of revisions.

Revision requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

If no revision request is submitted within 72 hours:

• The project will automatically close
• The work will be considered accepted
• The transaction becomes final and non-refundable

Additional revisions beyond the included amount may require additional payment.

Due to the custom nature of digital creative services:

• Refunds are not provided after work has been delivered.
• Artistic preference or creative disagreement does not constitute non-delivery.
• The revision system is the mechanism for addressing creative adjustments.

Refunds may only be issued in rare cases where a service was not delivered at all.

By purchasing services through Mixa Lab, you agree to contact Mixa Lab Support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback after confirmed delivery of files may be considered fraudulent activity.

Mixa Lab reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Restrict future platform access
• Provide documentation to payment processors regarding completed services

Users agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse engineers or other users
• Attempt to bypass the platform for off-platform payments
• Share private contact information for the purpose of circumventing platform fees
• Upload illegal, copyrighted, or infringing material without rights

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Upon full payment and project completion:

Clients receive rights to the final delivered audio files.

However:

• Engineers retain the right to use completed work in their professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients remain responsible for securing all rights to the original music, recordings, and samples they submit.

Mixa Lab does not verify ownership of submitted content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mixa Lab shall not be liable for:

• Artistic or creative dissatisfaction
• Commercial performance of music
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data due to user negligence

Mixa Lab's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

Mixa Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its sole discretion for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Payment disputes or abuse
• Platform circumvention
• Violation of these Terms

Users whose accounts are terminated may lose access to the Platform.

Mixa Lab may update or modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will become effective upon posting on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, United States.
